  1. Hey Lizzy! I just finished reading A Demon’s Desire n OMG OMG OMG OMG i loveddddddd the ending, it couldnt have been better, really. I nearly cried when the half=alive Adam freed Emma, I mean, that guy wasnt even fully living yet when he expressed his true feelings like how he always loved Emma n all that n how, despite his half-lifeness in him, had enough strength n courage to free her n den drag Olivia with him in hell, it was…touchy, how he wasnt even all alive yet but let go of his true feelings! n to be honest, the main reason i likes the book like ALOT is cos im kinda interested in magic n stuff like not in a bad way or anything; just curious at the way it works n all its ‘mechanism’, if one can call it that:P AND the shadow part like how Tristian hadcontrol over them, really smart idea i mean we usually come across stuff these days that has either the ability to read minds or see the future or some other kind of super-natural power embossed in the book’s characters but never came across something unique like this! once again, i ADORED the book! hope you all the best for the rest of your works!:) tc:D

    • Hi Rayan! That’s so cool that you liked the shadow part where Tristan could control them. I thought it was really neat, too. Like you said – a lot of magic powers have been overused nowadays, and I hadn’t seen anything about people controlling shadows. That’s something I’d like to do. Haha! Yeah, poor Adam just made some bad choices in life, that’s for sure. There’s always a chance for redemption, though, and he was able to help someone he cared about. And poor Olivia … πŸ™ Ah, well. I always hate to make a character beyond salvation, but she really was. Lol …they seem almost real, don’t they?! Like we’re sitting on the subway talking about ‘poor Olivia’ … Haha! Lizzy πŸ™‚

      • LOL…i didnt like it, i LOVED it!:P i couldnt stop talkin about it with my sister n she liked it too:) n it was a very smart idea of you to put something like that in your book. But the thing is, there’s always some out-of-the-ordinary stuff around us, we’ve just got to look for it n hopefully we’ll find, and infact its what makes life fun to live: looking for something other than what we know of or perceive easily:) anyways, your totally right about there being a chance of redemption n stuff[which reminds of poor Rhyn, cos of your next book in the series n also its name Rhyn’s Redemption] n i never mentioned it before but truly, the thing that captures my attention most on books, is not the places n their beauty/specialty or some cool stuff but its the characters that draw me alot n i feel like ive met them or something, you know…feeling like you somehow attach n connect to them. And in the case of your books, the characters draw me most, like no other writers’ books’ characters have ever done! so keep up with that and never stop makin them the way you do:)

    • Ack! I hadn’t planned on a sequel to this one! πŸ™‚ I’m happy you loved it though! Yeah, I’m not so good with the short ones… I like writing looooonger things! haha! Lizzy πŸ™‚

  2. Hi Zanza – I’m sorry you were disappointed with A Demon’s Desire. I told my hubby I don’t think I’ll write novellas anymore- they’re just not long enough for me to feel satisfied with them! :-/ I am glad you love the other books though! Don’t worry – no more novellas for the foreseeable future. Haha! Lizzy πŸ™‚

  4. hi lizzy..i love reading this book but i wish it was longer though..it kinda left me hanging because of the abrupt way the story ended..but it was really good..completely different plot from the war of the gods..

    • Hi Kristzel! I hate writing novellas. hahaha! They end too soon for me, too. :-/ I’m still working on perfecting the flow of a novella. It sounds funny, but after writing longer novels, a short one is HARD. hahaha! Yeah, this one was different, but I’m glad you enjoyed it! Lizzy πŸ™‚

  5. Just wow! Another book that was finished in a day because I was so hooked. I love all your books Lizzy! You’re definately one of my top authors I love =)
Again you amaze me with your books I actually saw the story playing out in my head xD I loved Emma and Tristan and after the magic fight with Tristan + someone (don’t want to spoil it) at the end I was like awah when Tristian was waiting for Emma in hospital. I hope you will write a sequel, because I can NEVER get enough of your books. Can’t wait for your upcoming books I’m so EXCITED !!! =)

    • Thanks so much, Jess! I see them in my head, too, like movies, so I always hope I can capture that for my readers! I loved the ending … lol … it was a fun story to write! No worries – more books coming soon!!! Lizzy πŸ™‚

  6. Hii! Just wanted to say, you did it again! Another wonderful series that left me wanting more! I am soo looking foward to the next book! Keep up the great work! ^_~

  7. Hi Lizzy,

I eagerly downloaded and read this book the day you released it! I really loved it, the characters were beautifully drawn (as usual) and the plot kept me hooked… but I was really disappointed to read your comment that this was not the beginning of a series! I thought you had introduced such interesting characters – like both the mothers who seemed to have pasts that you hinted at – I was hoping you were going to expand them in a longer novel.
But, this hasn’t reduced my enjoyment of the book and I am just eagerly waiting for the next Lizzy Ford book πŸ™‚
P.S. Good luck with the career change.

    • Thanks, Nicki! I guess I’m just not good at the resolution aspect of books. Hahaha! The good thing is I can always go back and do a sequel some day! πŸ™‚ Yeah, I love my characters. I think that’s the number one thing I try to do with each book: create unique, strong characters. When I do that well, the story tells itself (they kind of take over. Haha!) Thanks for the well wishes! Lizzy πŸ™‚

  8. I loved a Demon’s Desire!!! I have read all your books and I honestly have not been able to put them down until I am done with them!! I can’t wait for your next books…you have such a way of capturing attention from the beginning it is impossible to stop until I know the end!! Can’t wait for Damon’s Immortal!!

    • Thanks so much, Ana! πŸ™‚ I try to kidnap .. er … get my readers involved from the start. Haha! I’m happy you’re enjoying all the books!! Lizzy πŸ™‚

  9. Hey Lizzy,
I loved A Demon’s Desire and it made me laugh when Tristan said the dog’s name is Isolde. I love the way you captivate your audience and have begging for more! I can’t pick a favourite book from your work. They are all my favourites so please keep them coming! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

    • Thanks, Kayla! So glad you’re enjoying the books. I thought it was cute to have Tristan and Isolde appear a bit different than most who know that tale would expect! πŸ™‚ Lizzy

  10. hi lizzy

The characters seems to be real.
But it’s too short , why did you keep this one too short?
